It has four bedrooms, 2 with walk in closets. Beautiful high ceilings and hard wood floors. All the house has been remodeled. The kitchen is being redone right now and will have all new appliances. This house is within walking distance of a hospital that has a radialogical cancer treatment center. There is a nice yard and a detached 2 car garage. All anyone who rents this house will have to supply of their own is their own food and personal things. We are going to be very careful about who we rent to because this was our childhood home and we have put alot of time and money into redoing it and we dont want it destroyed. Clinton is easily located to I80 and has many things to offer including beautiful parks, shopping, gambling and restaraunts.
