A private room in newer condo...The right person would have access to the rest of the condo except for Master Bedroom and office. I dont allow smoking in my home as I have a grand daughter with a tracestomy and severe issues with her lungs..No alcohol or drugs..also no men guests over night....If you want to party do it somewhere else...I am very easy to get along with...Just as long as we respect each others boundaries.
